1.Strong analytical skills in assessing user, process, and new business requirement needs.2.Excellent presentation, problem solving, negotiation, and investigative skills.3.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both large and small groups.4.Ability to be flexible and multi-task; including balancing and prioritizing activities to ensure critical items are addressed.5.Basic understanding of quality assurance related to systems development processes and methodologies.RESPONSIBILITIES.1.Define and maintain documentation & process standards for the NOC.2.Effectively communication of process areas and tracking front office/Back office performance gaps.3.Establish key process indicators, monitor, measure, and report on performance levels. Prepare periodic performance scorecards & communicate results to leadership.
