This is the bizarre moment a man was caught on camera desperately clinging to his girlfriend's leg after she told him she was leaving him.

The video shows him crawling across the ground and asking her not to end their relationship, but she instead slapped him several times across the face in the streets of Huai'an City, in East China, with several pedestrians witnessing the shocking scenes.

He got on his hands and knees and begged her not to leave him - and even held onto her legs as she turned to walk away screaming, "let me go, we can't be together anymore - it's impossible.
