Winners of West Africa’s Business Game-Changers award announced

Winners of the West African round of the Johnnie Walker Blue Label CNBC Africa; All Africa Business Leaders Awards were announced at a ceremony held in Lagos.
Sim Shagaya, Founder/CEO of konga.com won Entrepreneur of the Year award while Biola Alabi, Managing Director of Mnet Africa, won West Africa's Businesswoman of the Year.

West Africa Young Business Leader went to CEO/Co-Founder of iROKO TV, Jason Njoku while the West Africa Business Leader of the Year award was taken by Jean-Louis Ekra; Chairman and President of the African Export-Import Bank.
Dr. Pascal G Dozie, Founder of Diamond Bank PLC took home the Lifetime Achievement Award
The West African winners will go on to compete against business innovators from around the continent in the final for the title of Africa's most respected pioneer in their chosen field.
The Awards committee travel next to Kigali, Rwanda for the East African regional round on the 9th of September, before moving to Johannesburg for the Southern African round on the 19th of September.
The finale will take place in Durban, South Africa, on the 8th of November.
