Job Title: Commercial Business Support (SAP & Others)

Responsibilities
Provide end-user support applications connected with sales and marketing activities.

Requirements

Holder of a first degree or its equivalent in Accountancy, Social Science, Management Science or Arts (An MBA is an added advantage).
Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in IT or a related discipline.
Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience.
In-depth understanding of trends, challenges, opportunities, regulation and legislation relating to the cement manufacturing industry
In-depth knowledge of DCP's product and service offerings.
Sound knowledge of general applications with support the sales and marketing processes.
Good knowledge of SAP, including ability to learn quickly and understand any custom development and configurations that have been made to the SAP system.
Very good communication and relationship management skills.
Good customer service and people management skills
Good data gathering and analysis skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
