A man and his step-daughter have been arrested and charged with inc*st in West Virginia.
According to reports, Police arrested 28-year-old Kelcey Nicholas and 21-year-old Lataura Jarrett and charged them with inc*st even though they are not related by blood and are both over the age of consent.
The couple reportedly face 15 years jail term.

According to state law, a daughter is the natural daughter of a person's husband or wife — and Nicholas is still married to Jarrett's mother, Hopkins said.
The two were charged with seven counts of inc*st, which under West Virginia law carried a penalty of anywhere between five and fifteen years in prison.
